Return Policy

At Ninacoli (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide a reliable and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery (based on the actual delivery date), subject to the following conditions.


1. Eligible Returns or Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if any of the following applies:

  • The product has a manufacturing or quality defect

  • The product was damaged during transportation

  • The delivered item does not match the product ordered and remains suitable for resale


2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been used or activated (electronic products are considered used once powered on)

  • Products or accessories showing signs of wear, damage, or improper use

  • Missing, altered, or severely damaged original packaging (excluding normal unpacking) that affects resale

  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Any condition in which the product is no longer suitable for resale


3. How to Request a Return

(1) Returns for Personal Reasons

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition

  • Requests will be reviewed within 1–3 business days

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

(2) Returns Due to Quality Issues or Delivery Errors

  • Please email customer_service@yiselieks.com within 7 days of receipt

  • Our customer service team will respond within 1–3 business days

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us


4. Refund Processing

  • Please arrange return shipment within 7 days after approval

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible

    • Reason for return

  • Returns without prior approval may not be accepted
